    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@petaldriven.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, photographs of the flowers, and a brief description of the issue.
    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

  3. Partial Refunds:

    • In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if only a portion of the flowers in your order were damaged or if the issue is minor.

  4. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • We can not offer refunds for orders that are not reported within the 48-hour window.
    • We are not responsible for damages that occur due to improper care or handling after delivery.
    • Customized or special orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or in poor condition.
